We vaccuumed the condo upon arrival--it was not spotless. There was a sticky peanut butter cookie in our closet and huge dead bugs behind the stove that were crwling on the counter. Our bed was too soft, sheets were pilled, and stains on the carpet. The
sofa and loveseat were well used and shabby--not what we expected for a gold villa. They changed our towels once and sheets.
